At Class we are committed to protecting your privacy. This notice explains how we handle personal data relating to employees and representatives of our customers and suppliers who may appear in promotional material produced by or on behalf of Class Recruitment.
It applies when we act as a controller of your personal data — that is, where we decide how and why it is processed.

We use your personal data to create and publish promotional and marketing material relating to Class Recruitment and the services we provide.
This may include material published on our website, social media channels, recruitment materials, presentations, brochures, case studies, newsletters and other promotional communications.
Where appropriate, we rely on our legitimate interests in promoting our recruitment services, communicating our work and showcasing our relationships with customers and suppliers.

Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or other independent purposes.
Because this notice relates to promotional material, information such as your name, image, voice or comments may be published or otherwise made available as part of promoting Class Recruitment. This means the material may be seen by customers, prospective customers, candidates, suppliers, members of the public and other users of the platforms on which it is published.
Where necessary, we may also share personal data with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions.
